70-year old Boris Panovski's appearance in a Goderich court via video today was his eighth appearance since being arrested and charged in September in connection with the shooting death of a 70-year old man at the Hullet Wildlife Area.
Panovski, from Scarborough, is being held at the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre. Panovski doesn't have a lawyer and is refusing legal aid.
He's expected to make another appearance in Goderich Court, this time in person, on February 23.
