Bruce Telecom's internet service is operating at reduced service levels this morning due to an issue with a third party source.
A primary link was out of service last night, affecting internet customers.
Bruce Telecom says a back up link has been restored and crews are on site of the problem and the primary link is expected to be fixed this morning.
