A Harriston man is facing a long list of criminal charges following a fatal two-vehicle collision in Mapleton Wednesday.
The crash involved two pickup trucks at an intersection between Teviotdale and Arthur.
The lone occupant of one of the pickups, 43-year-old Darren James More of Palmerston was killed in the crash.
Two passengers in the other pickup - a male and a female - remain in critical condition in hospital.
The driver of the second pickup was treated in hospital for minor injuries. Police now say that pickup had been stolen.
21-year-old Ethan Robert Noble of Harriston is facing at least nine charges.
They include: Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Death, two counts of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Bodily Harm; Driving while Impaired by Drugs, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
He's been held for a bail hearing.
