The Southampton Coliseum will be a busy place Saturday.
The town's Health and Wellness Fair will showcase local health and wellness professionals and their services.
Over 30 vendors will take part in the free event that runs from 8:30am to noon. It's sponsored by Bruce Power.
The PLAY Kids Fun Run is another highlight of the day. The 800 m run is a great way for children 8 years and younger to participate. The run starts at 8:30am. Participants can pre-register online at rotaryrun.net or register at the Coliseum on Saturday morning. All participants receive a medal and swag bag.
The Kids Fun Zone is presented by Kamps for Kids and will offer fun activities for kids while their parents explore the fair.
The Kids Fun Zone opens at 9am, after the PLAY Fun Run.
"This free event is a one-stop shop for local recreation, health and wellness," stated Lisa Billing, the recreation supervisor. "From the vendors to the kids zone and Fun Run, there are opportunities for all ages to get active. Our ongoing partnership with the Rotary Huron Shore Run and sponsorship from Bruce Power are essential to this community event."
