Culina Back Stops the Rangers to Victory

Mario Culina made 44 saves to lift the Kitchener Rangers over Niagara 3-1.

Kole Sherwood put the Rangers on the board barely a minute into the game assisted by Logan Stanley and Giovanni Vallati. Sam Miletic tied the game at 14:40 of the opening frame.

Jonathan Yantsis' goal at 2:56 of the third would stand as the game winner and Connor Bunnaman's empty netter with 26 seconds left in regulation would add insurance for the Midwest leading Rangers.

Both Sherwood and Bunnaman had assists in the win.
