A global design firm has opened a new office in downtown Kincardine.
Stantec’s project office will support Bruce Power with architectural, buildings engineering, planning, and land development engineering.
In a news release today, Kevin Kelly, EVP, Corporate Services at Bruce Power stated, "We are pleased to see Stantec establish a local presence in our region, and look forward to continuing to build our relationship with them as we advance critical infrastructure projects to support Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program."
And according to Kevin Fergin, regional business leader with Stantec, "Our relationship with Bruce Power, and the commitment they have made to our Stantec team, is a key factor to our locating an office and staff in Kincardine. We also look forward to further opportunities within Bruce County and the surrounding area. Many of our staff have roots in the area, so we feel a personal commitment to the County and to the success of the projects that help develop the community."
