The Peterborough Lakers have a commanding 3-0 lead in the Major Lacrosse Series finals after an 11-8 win over the Six Nations Chiefs yesterday.
Owen Sound native Adam Jones led the Lakers offense with three goals and one assist. Two of Jones' goals came on the power play; one late in the second and the other midway through the third period.
The Lakers can sweep the Chiefs and win the championship title with a win on Tuesday.
