Grey County OPP, paramedics, and firefighters were called to Eugenia Falls Conservation Area in response to a man who had fallen off a cliff.
The OPP say they arrived to the location on Grey Rd 13 in Grey Highlands at about 6:40pm Sunday night.
Two men were hiking in a non-trail area when one lost his footing and fell about 40 ft.
The man suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead by the attending coroner.
Police have identified the victim as 19-year-old Tanner Jacobs of Orillia.
