Police in the Collingwood area are asking for tips from the public to help locate a woman who has left the Collingwood hospital without authorization.
The missing woman is identified as 54 year-old Dianne Belknap of Clearview Township.
She is believed to be wearing a black t-shirt, dark grey pants with a black ball cap, and was last seen leaving the hospital, walking northbound.
She is described as 5'7" tall, approximately 180 lbs, with brown/blonde shoulder length straight hair.
Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP detachment, along with the OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit are searching, as there is concern related to her health.
