Minto will enter into an agreement with the Palmerston Evangelical Missionary Church to put a 20-plot community garden at the back of the church property.
There are already popular community gardens operating in Harriston and Clifford.
Minto is proposing to rent the church property for $500 a year.
Anyone wishing to rent a plot in the garden should contact the Minto municipal office.
