The South Bruce Grey Health Centre has signed a new long-term agreement with its president and CEO.
The board of directors has extended Paul Rosebush's employment commitment with the organization through to the spring of 2021.
In a news release, Board Chair Larry Allison says, "Through Paul’s determination, SBGHC’s funding formula was corrected, and he has worked diligently to move issues important to the sustainability of small hospitals forward through the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. The board was unanimous in expressing confidence in Paul and his accomplishments on our behalf thus far."
Allison went on to explain that Rosebush has the skill set that is needed to lead the organization to reach new quality goals, implement a new strategic plan, and assist the organization to adapt to challenging provincial and regional health care restructuring initiatives.
