Listowel, Elmira, Stratford, St Marys All Score Wins

Listowel 4 Guelph 1

The Listowel Cyclones scored three times in the third to beat the Guelph Hurricanes 4-1.

Tommy Hoogars scored the winning and insurance goals. Holdyn Lansink gave the Cyclones a two goal lead with an empty netter with only a minute left on the clock.

Blake Nichol tied the game just over a minute after the Hurricanes scored in the first.

Listowel out shot Guelph 37-18. Justin Hergott made 17 saves for the Cyclones. Nick Redman stopped 33 shots for the Hurricanes.

Elmira 3 Brampton 1

Tyler Biles' goal just past the midway point in the second would stand as the game winner in the Elmira Sugar Kings 3-1 win over Brampton.

Klayton Hoelscher added insurance with just under two minutes left in the third.

Jake Brown also scored for the Sugar Kings and Quinten Bruce had a pair of assists.

Jonthan Reinhart earned the win with 29 saves for the Sugar Kings. Jake Fleming made 34 saves for the Bombers.

Stratford 5 Kitchener 4

Jack Scanlan scored the game winning in double overtime to give the Stratford Warriors a 5-4 victory over Kitchener.

Scanlan had a hat trick for the Warriors scoring in the second and third periods. He also had an assist in the win.

Brandon Valko scored the tying goal for the Dutchmen with just over two minutes left in regulation.

Carson Poulin made 26 saves for the Warriors. Luke Richardson stopped 35 shots for the Dutchmen.

St. Marys 6 St. Thomas 3

The St. Marys Lincolns scored three times in the third to double the St. Thomas Stars 6-3.

Bill Moskal struck twice and added an assist for the Lincolns including the game winner early in the third. Chad Heffernan added insurance with just over two minutes left the play and Brody Smith scored on an empty net with 64 seconds remaining.

Kyle Morning earned the win in net for the Warriors, stopping 27 shots. Cooper Seedott made 26 saves for the Dutchmen.
