Three Owen Sound Attack players are on the roster for Team OHL in the 2016 CIBC Canada Russia Series.
The Ontario Hockey League and the Canadian Hockey League announced the roster yesterday.
Netminder Michael McNiven, defensemen Jacob Friend and Markus Phillips will be representing Team OHL when the Russian National Junior Team visits Hamilton in Game 4 of the series.
Canadian National Junior Team assistant coach and 2016 OHL Coach of the Year Kris Knoblauch of the Erie Otters will be behind the bench for Team OHL in Games 3 and 4. Dominque Ducharme, coach of the Canadian National Junior Team and of the QMJHL's Drummondville Voltigeurs will be joining Knoblauch for Game 4 in Hamilton.
Game 4 is in Hamilton Monday, November 14th.
