The Stratford Perth Museum donated a hockey stick belonging to Charles Lightfoot to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
The donation was made yesterday. Lightfoot was one of the world's first black hockey players and the stick will become part of a new Hockey Hall of Fame exhibit called "The Changing Face of Hockey - Diversity in Our Game."
There was a ceremony in Stratford yesterday where the Hockey Hall of Fame's Craig Campbell accepted the stick.
The new exhibit will open March 11.
