An 87-year-old woman is in hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Strathroy.
The Strathroy Caradoc Police Service says on Monday around 12pm, officers responded after the woman was struck at the intersection of Caradoc St. S and Ontario St.
The woman was taken to a local hospital and then transferred to London Health Sciences Centre with serious injuries. Police say she remains in stable condition.
One lane on Caradoc St. was closed for the afternoon, but was reopened around 5pm.
The incident remains under investigation and anyone who many have witnessed the collision is asked to contact police.
