A St. Thomas teen has been arrested for dousing her mom in bleach.
Police arrested the 16-year-old girl for assault on Sunday.
According to police, the girl was involved in a family dispute with other family members. The dispute escalated when she began to cause damage to the residence and then allegedly threw bleach on her mother.
The teen was taken to the police station and later released to another adult with a future court date.
There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
