Three Charged In Oxford County Drug Bust

Two men and a woman from Oxford County are facing several charges following a significant drug bust.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Friday, the OPP Oxford Community Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at the West Mount Hotel on Beachville Rd. in South West Oxford.

Three people were arrested without incident at the scene, and a large quantity of illicit drugs and Canadian currency was seized.

As a result, a 22-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman, and a 29-year-old man, all of Oxford County, are charged with the following offences:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking hydromorphone
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking MDMA
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking cannabis resin (shatter)
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking cannabis resin (liquid)
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Marijuana
 

All three suspects will appear in a Woodstock court at a later date.
