A municipal worker is London's latest millionaire.
Daniel Dawson won the $9-million jackpot in the February 7 Lotto 6/49 draw.
“I have been playing the same numbers for years – and I finally won," said Dawson, who recently picked up his winnings from the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.
The 48-year-old City of London employee plans on sharing some of his multi-million dollar win with his sister.
“I don’t know what I am going to do for myself yet,” said an overwhelmed Dawson. “I still need time to process it.”
The winning ticket was purchased at a Petro Canada on Highbury Ave.
