Two Charged In Death of David Hole

Two men are now facing charges in connection with the death of a man who had been missing for two weeks.

London police announced late Friday night that arrests had been made in the death of David Hole. The 53-year-old's body was found in his SUV on Thursday, November 30 in a parking lot at Wellington Rd. and Commissioners Rd. He had been reported missing on November 18. Hole had last been seen three days prior.

On Friday, December 8, two men were charged. Police say Alexander Lambert, 52, of London is charged with second degree murder and offering an indignity to a dead human body. James McGillivary, 47, of London is charged with one count of being an accessory after the fact to murder and offering an indignity to a dead human body.

"Investigation revealed that Lambert and McGillivary were known to David," police said in a statement.
