Lambton OPP continue to crack down on those not wearing seatbelts.
Officers issued 50 tickets as part of a province-wide traffic initiative, between September 27 and October 6.
In total, all of the OPP detachments located within West Region issued 241 offence notices.
The OPP says lack of seatbelt use continues to be a major issue on area roadways.
They say not wearing a belt remains one of the "Big Four" issues related to annual traffic fatalities.
The others are aggressive driving, impaired driving, and distracted driving.
