Four Charged In Raymond Beaver Murder

Four people are now charged with first degree murder in the stabbing death of Raymond Beaver.

The 43-year-old died Monday after being stabbed at his home on Lansdowne Ave in east London.

On Friday, police announced that 32-year-old Daniel Cavanagh, 34-year-old Melissa George, 18-year-old Nicholas George, and 20-year-old Peter Townsend are each charged with first degree murder. All four were already charged with break and enter and assault with a weapon. Melissa George was also charged with uttering threats.

They were among seven people arrested in connection to the attack on Beaver and another man. The second victim was treated at hospital and released.

Lisa Sager, 38, is charged with break and enter and assault with a weapon. Two youths are charged with break and enter.

The death of Beaver marked London's third homicide of 2017.
