Foreigner Coming To London

Juke Box Hero and Cold As Ice are among the classic songs sure to belted out when Foreigner come to London this fall.

The British-American rockers will bring their 12-city 40th anniversary Canadian tour to Budweiser Gardens on November 14.

The tour will feature a companion album, a new career-spanning compilation titled 40 that features 40 hits recorded between 1977 and 2017. 40 brings together the best songs from Foreigner’s nine studio albums, including all 16 of its Top 30 hits: “Feels Like The First Time,” “Urgent,” “Waiting For A Girl Like You” and more.

Foreigner released their first hit “Feels Like The First Time” in 1977. Since then the band has been hailed as one of the world’s most popular rock acts with 10 multi-platinum albums, 16 Top 30 hits, and worldwide album sales exceeding $75-million.

“I never could have imagined when I set out to create Foreigner forty years ago, that we’d still be touring around the world and performing the music we love all these years later,” said founding member and lead guitarist Mick Jones, in a written statement issued Monday.

Foreigner's 40th anniversary Canadian tour kicks off in Calgary on October 11 and travels from Alberta to Saskatchewan to British Columbia before ending in London.

Tickets for the show go on sale at 10am on Friday and range from $71.75 to $91.75. They can be purchased in person at Budweiser Gardens or at the Fanshawe College BizBooth and Books Plus, by phone at 1-866-455-2849 or online at www.budweisergardens.com.
