UPDATE: Police Arrest 2nd Windsor Man in McCullagh Murder Case

Police have arrested another one of the Windsor men accused in the Mark McCullagh murder case.

Police say 37-year-old Steven Atkinson was arrested by members of the OPP's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad.  He was returned to London where he will appear in court.

Mark McCullagh was shot in front of his Old East London home on March 9, 2015. Kenyon Ohamu, Steven Atkinson, and Ali Fageer are each charged with manslaughter and two counts of armed robbery. Fageer is additionally charged with two counts of pointing a firearm, using a firearm in the commission of an indictable offence, and unauthorized possession of a firearm.

London police said in a press release issued Friday that 20-year-old Ohamu was arrested in Windsor on Tuesday with the help of local police. He is being held in police custody pending his next court appearance.

23-year-old Ali Fageer still has a warrant out for his arrest.
