Londoner Adam Hall has a choice to make.
Go to Texas A and M on a baseball scholarship or sign a contract with the Baltimore Orioles.
The A.B. Lucas Secondary School student was selected by the Orioles with the 60th overall pick in the Major League Baseball draft on Monday.
Hall, a shortstop who has played with the Great Lakes Canadians and is a member of Canada's national junior team, committed to Texas A and M but will now be offered the opportunity to play professionally.
Hall was the second Canadian taken in the draft on Monday. Pitcher Landon Leach was taken by the Minnesota Twins with the first pick in the second round, 37th overall.
