Express Face 3-0 Series Deficit After Loss To Lightning

The Windsor Express fell 122-97 to the London Lightning in Game 3 of the Central Division Finals on Thursday.

At the end of the first quarter, the Express trailed the Lightning by two points, and London was able to gain a 61-43 advantage by halftime. London continued to hammer Windsor in the third to extend their lead to 90-71 heading into the final frame. Windsor gained some ground in the fourth, but the Lightning remained far in the lead to earn the win.

Royce White led London with a game high 24 points and 14 rebounds. Ryan Anderson also put up 21 points and six rebounds.

Logan Stutz was the top scorer for Windsor with 20 points and seven rebounds, while Logan Stutz had 17 points and 11 rebounds.

London now leads the best-of-seven series 3-0.

The Express will fight to avoid a series sweep on Saturday, when the two teams face off for Game 4. Tip off is at 7pm at the Atlas Tube Centre.
