Police Seek Suspect In Downtown Robbery

Police are searching for a suspect after a robbery in downtown London.

The London Police Service isn't releasing many details at this time, but officers say a business in the area of Richmond St. and York St. was robbed on Tuesday around 6:30pm. An unknown quantity of cash was stolen along with some other merchandise.

There were no injuries during the robbery, and police would not confirm if the suspect was armed.

The suspect is described as a white male, 40-50 years old, wearing a dark "Letterman" style jacket, and a black baseball cap with a yellow brim with sunglasses on top. The public is being advised to call police immediately and not approach the suspect if he is seen.
