London police are taking the step of notifying the public of a high risk offender who will be living in the city.
Ernest Guitare, 60, was released Thursday from a prison in New Brunswick after serving a federal sentence. Police say he has a history of violence and weapons offences. Guitare is believed to pose a risk to public safety, according to police.
Guitare was expected to arrive in London Friday.
