An Amber Alert has been cancelled for a young Quebec boy who has since been located.
Police say 4-year-old Joel Mukonkole was taken in Saint-Jerome Wednesday morning, allegedly by his mother, 31-year-old Rachel Esema-Okako. It was believed that the pair may have been in Ontario.
Both the boy and his mother have since been located, and are safe.
No further information has been released at this time.
