Environment Canada has lifted the fog advisories that were in place across southwestern and midwestern Ontario.
The advisories were issued Thursday evening, as forecasters anticipated a blanket of fog would cover the regions overnight and into Friday morning. The weather agency warned motorists to prepare for near zero visibility.
The advisories were lifted Friday morning as the fog dissipated.
