Arrests Made In Masked Armed Robberies

London police have made arrests in connection with two armed robberies by masked men last week.

The first robbery happened at a convenience store on Belmont Dr., near Wharncliffe Rd. around 2:30am last Wednesday. Two days later, the Mac's Milk on Admiral Dr., near Trafalgar St. was robbed.

Police say in both robberies, masked men, armed with a weapon made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise.

A clerk at the Mac's Milk was assaulted during the robbery.

Three London men, ages 26, 27, and 28, were arrested in relation to both robberies. They have been charged with robbery with an offensive weapon, forcible confinement, using an imitation firearm, pointing a firearm, and wearing a disguise.

An 18-year-old London man was additionally arrested in connection with the Mac's Milk robbery. He is charged with robbery with an offensive weapon, forcible confinement, using an imitation firearm, pointing a firearm, wearing a disguise, and possession of drugs.
