UPDATE: Woman Found Dead In Dutton-Dunwich Fire

Police have discovered the body of a 35-year-old woman following a house fire in Dutton-Dunwich.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Saturday around 4am, officers were on patrol on Hwy. 401 when they noticed a structure fire nearby at an Edinborough Line address. The home was fully engulfed in flames when the officers arrived.

Officers spent most of the day at the scene with fire crews attempting to locate the 37-year-old woman who was unaccounted for.

Police now say her body has been found inside the home. A post-mortem ‎will be conducted Sunday morning at a London area hospital.

The Ontario Fire Marshal's Office was called in to investigate the cause of the blaze, and a second investigator was called in later in the day.

Foul play is not suspected at this time.

Edinborough Line has been closed at Willey Rd. and Cowal Rd. while police and fire officials are at the scene.
