Police are investigating after three separate barn fires occurred on the same property west of Tillsonburg.
The Ontario Provincial Police says on July 16 just before 8:30pm, firefighters responded to the first fire at an abandoned barn on Brownsville Rd. in South-West Oxford Township. The barn was completely destroyed in the fire.
On July 27 around 6:22pm, firefighters were called to the same address for a second fire located in a smaller barn on the property. Two days later on Wednesday around 4:10am, fire crews returned again to the same small barn to put out a fire that completely destroyed the structure.
Police say the cause of the fires is being treated as suspicious, and is under investigation.
The Ontario Fire Marshal has been contacted but did not attend the scene.
