Elgin OPP say a 24-year-old Belmont man reported missing on Wednesday has been found, safe and sound, in Port Stanley.
Investigators say family and friends became concerned about the welfare of Matthew Larkin who had last been seen leaving his home around 10:45am Wednesday.
He was found overnight and OPP thank the public for their assistance.
