Express Down Lightning

The Windsor Express triumphed over the London Lightning for the second night in a row, with a 110-93 win on Thursday.

At the end of the first quarter, the Express led the Lightning 22-19 and were able to retain their three-point lead at halftime. The Lightning fell further behind in the third with Windsor up 79-66. The Express didn't let London gain any ground in the final quarter, ensuring their victory.

Quinnel Brown led Windsor with 19 points, while Tony Bennett had 20.

Emmanuel Little was lead scorer for the Lightning with 25 points, along with Marvin Phillips who contributed 20 points.

On Sunday, the Lightning will take on the Mississauga Power and the Express will battle the Halifax Rainmen. Both games are at 2pm.
