Warrant Issued In Deadly Cellphone Shooting

London police are issuing another arrest warrant in connection to the cellphone shooting of Jeremy Cook.

Investigators have issued a Canada Wide Warrant for Mohamed Ibrahim Sail, 24, from Calgary. He is wanted for second degree murder.

Where Sail may be is unknown. Anyone who spots the suspect is asked to call police, do not approach him.

Sail went to high school in London at Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School. Those who know him say he was polite and quiet.

Cook, 18, was gunned down near Highbury Ave. and Huron during the early morning hours of June 14. He was trying to track a lost cell phone when he encountered a car with three men inside. Cook grabbed onto the driver's side door of the car when the man driving the car tried to get away, it was then that he was shot and killed.

Police initially issued an arrest warant for Muhab Sultan, 23, of Calgary. His body has since been pulled from the Rideau River in Ottawa following a police chase. Ontario's Special Investigations Unit is probing the circumstances surrounding his death.

Investigators say a third man who was seen leaving the area prior to the shooting has been identified, but will not cooperate with police.
