The London man charged with murder in the deaths of his Warwick Township parents will have his preliminary hearing held in London.
Jeremy Gubbles made another video appearance in Sarnia court Friday morning. He's been remanded in custody until February 19, to set a date for a preliminary hearing that will be held in London.
A preliminary hearing determines if there's sufficient evidence to send the matter to trial.
There could be an application to move the trial as well.
Gubbels is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of his parents.
He was arrested July 13 of last year after the body of his father, 54-year-old Mario Gubbels, was found in London. Earlier that night, the body of his mother, 55-year-old Susan Gubbels, had been found in her home in the 5800-block of Arkona Rd.
