The city is waiving all parking fees in municipal lots between midnight on New Year's Eve and 1pm on New Year's Day.
In an effort to combat drinking and driving the city is extending parking times in lots downtown.
Municipal lots are marked with a green "P" symbol. All other parking regulations must be adhered to.
There are a total of 1,500 parking spaces available spread across the 19 lots listed below.
