After a couple of days of snowfall, the London area was warned to expect freezing rain Saturday morning.
But the threat never materialized.
Environment Canada issued a freezing rain warning for London-Middlesex early Saturday morning, saying the area could expect freezing rain until the noon hour.
But when it became apparent that freezing rain would avoid the London area, the warning was lifted at around 10:30am.
