Overnight Street Parking Returns

Just in time for the holiday weekend, London is lifting the ban on overnight parking on most city streets.

As of Friday, people will be able to park their vehicles or motorcycles on most city streets between 3am and 5am without getting a ticket.

The allowance will be in effect until Labour Day.

There are some restrictions though and some streets have exemptions.

You can’t leave your car in the same spot for more than 12 hours and you can’t park in front of fire hydrants, on boulevards or front lawns.

Anyone with questions or concerns should call 519-661-4537.
