A 19-year-old man is charged with assault, mischief, and uttering threats after a domestic disturbance in Blenheim.

Police say he was arguing with his common-law spouse when he broke a door frame, assaulted the woman, and threatened her.

The woman did not require medical attention.


Officers conducting traffic enforcement on Fork St. in Wallaceburg last night caught some speeders.

Police issued thirteen tickets and found two motorists who were driving while under suspension.


Investigators are looking for tips from the public after a pair of break-ins

Police say someone broke into a building on Inshes Ave. in Chatham, rummaged through the office and stole a black Reebok backpack containing personal identification and an IBM laptop.

In a separate investigation, someone stole a John Deere riding lawnmower valued at about $3,000 from an unlocked garage on Hill Rd. in Howard Township.
