The Chatham Maroons have added to their goaltending corps.
The team announced Sunday that they had committed to goalie Adam Harris, from Burlington, Ont.
Harris, a 2001 birth-year player, played this past season with the Oakville Rangers Midget AAA club. He compiled a 28-win season over 36 games played, with six shutouts and a goals-against average of 1.31.
Maroons spokesman Thomas Heath cites Harris' strengths as a communicator, as well as a good puck handler and skater.
The junior-B team says Harris is working toward obtaining an NCAA hockey scholarship.
