Dillon Liberty of the Dresden Kings has been given the honour by the Ontario Hockey Association.
The 21-year-old Thamesville native wrapped up his final season in junior hockey as the team captain with 77 points in 38 games.
His 45 goals was the second highest total in the entire league, one shy of the two co-leaders.
