The Chatham Maroons kicked off their GOJHL preseason schedule with a 3-3 tie in Sarnia.
Chatham jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first period, thanks to goals from Kevin Gursoy, and Nolan Vanderboorn.
But the Legionnaires fought back, scoring two goals in the second, and the go-ahead goal in the third.
Maroons prospect Breaden Henderson scored with 45 seconds left in the game to tie it up.
Chatham is back in action tonight when they head to St. Thomas to take on the Stars.
