Friday saw a strong showing from area swimmers at the Canadian Age Group Championships.
Chatham Pool Shark Madison Broad earned a bronze medal in the 50m Freestyle in the 14-year-old category. She earned a personal best time of 27.72.
Genevieve Sasseville, also of Chatham, finished seventh in the Women's 12 and under 50m Free.
Blenheim's Brendan Vanherk had a personal best time of 2:18.95, to finish 13th in the 200m Fly.
Day Four of the championships goes Saturday.
