Thamesville's Brady Hogg is proving to be the home run hero for Canada at the Junior Men's Softball World Championships in Saskatchewan.
Hogg hit a multi-run home run in each of the team's first two games at the tournament to power Canada past the USA 10-3 on Saturday and the Czech Republic 6-1 on Sunday.
Hogg is also nearly perfect at the plate so far, going 1-for-1 in Game 1 with a home run, a walk, and a hit-by-pitch. He followed that up by going two-for-three in Game 2 with a double and a two-run homer.
Canada is tied with New Zealand at the top of the Group B standings and will square off with Guatemala at 8pm Monday.
