Chatham-Kent police say a man accused of breaking into a shed has been arrested.
Police responded to a break and enter on Park St. in Chatham Sunday morning.
According to police, a man forced his way into a shed causing about $100 of damage. Once inside, the man stole a red Murray push lawnmower valued at $250.
Police found the man and arrested him Sunday evening.
A 40-year-old man of no fixed address has been charged with break and enter. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Police are investigating after a motorcycle was stolen from a Chatham garage.
Sometime between Saturday night at 10pm and Sunday at 4am, police say the unknown suspect(s) entered a garage on River Line in Chatham and stole a blue and white 2014 Yamaha motorcycle with the Ontario license plate 2J0W4. A battery was also stolen from a John Deere X370 lawn tractor parked in a barn.
