Support Continues To Build For Final Push Campaign

The final push for donations to buy new equipment for the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is getting some help from a local hardware store.

McNaughton's Home Hardware is donating $15,000 to The Final Push event, which will feature Dave Depencier and Dan Van Moorsel riding 1000km across Southwestern Ontario to raise funds for the CKHA's Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Renewal Campaign.

"Hospitals with state of the art equipment are the cornerstone of any community and no one knows this more than the people and businesses involved with the Home Builder's Associations," says Depencier. "McNaughton's Home Hardware believes in the importance of small-town health care, and the needs of a reliable hospital to serve those small towns."

Anyone who wants to pledge donations for the campaign can contact Dave Depencier directly at 519-359-8853 or dave@depencierbuilders.com.

The 1000km bike ride will kick off on May 23 at 7am at the CKHA's Wallaceburg site and will return into Chatham-Kent on May 28.

You can find more details on the event at www.thefinalpush.ca.
