Maroons Eye Series Lead In LaSalle

The Chatham Maroons will look to take the upper hand in their series against the Vipers for the first time as they travel to LaSalle Wednesday night.

With a win, the Maroons would also get a chance to close out the series at home Thursday.

After falling behind 0-2 through the first two games of the series, the Maroons have answered back with two straight wins to tie up the best-of-seven series at two games apiece.

If the first four games are any indication, Game 5 will come down to another close finish. LaSalle won the first two games in overtime before the Maroons answered back with a 2-1 road win in Game 3 and a 4-2 home win in Game 4.

Wednesday night’s game starts at 7pm at the Vollmer Recreation Complex in LaSalle.

You can hear the game — and all of the Maroons’ playoff games — on the radio by tuning in to CFCO Country 92.9FM / AM 630 or listening online by clicking here.

Game 6 is back in Chatham at Memorial Arena on Thursday at 7pm and Game 7 — if necessary — will be played in LaSalle on Sunday, March 11 at 7:30pm.
