Maroons Double Lincolns 4-2

The Chatham Maroons topped the St. Marys Lincolns 4-2 on Thursday.

The Lincolns kicked off the game with the only goal of the first period. However, the Maroons bounced back in the second with Bryce Yetman and Jordan Frasca both scoring to make it 2-1 heading into the third

St. Marys tied the game with a goal 45 seconds into the final frame, but Dawson Garcia quickly responded with a goal for Chatham 26 second later.  Steven Fowler added a late goal for the Maroons in the final seconds of the game to cap off their win.

Chatham goaltender Lucas Patton made 22 saves out of 24 shots on net.

The Maroons are on home ice again on Sunday to face off against the Komoka Kings. The puck drops at 7pm.
