Police are investigating after a storage container was broken into in Chatham.

On Friday, police responded to a break and enter at a storage company on Kimball Rd. in Chatham.

Police say sometime between 4pm on Thursday and 7:45am on Friday, unknown suspect(s) went into Kimball Mini-Storage, cut off a lock from one storage container, and replaced the original lock with another.

It is unknown at this time what was stolen.

Chatham-Kent police are asking for the public’s help to find a dirt bike that was stolen from a Chatham home.

Police say on Friday at around 5:30pm, officers responded to a break and enter at a residence on Willomack Ave. in Chatham.

Police say officers discovered that suspect(s) entered the home through a side window. According to police, the suspect(s) stole a green Kawasaki dirt bike from the garage.

Police are looking for information about a house fire in Thamesville.

Police say on Saturday at around 1:25am, officers responded to a structural fire at a residence on Fysh Line in Thamesville.

Police say firefighters quickly took control and extinguished the fire. There were no injuries and the house was vacant at the time of the fire.
